A business executive originally from Michigan, Craig Richardville, has assisted healthcare organizations with their healthcare IT platforms, data and digital transformation projects. As the chief digital and information officer (CDIO) for Intermountain Health, SCL Health, Atrium Health, and ProMedica Health over his accomplished career Craig Richardville has driven many innovative and transformative changes in healthcare through a vast menu of technology-based services.

Mr. Richardville's career in this field began in 1986 when ProMedica Health System hired him as a lead senior systems analyst. When he left the company in 1997, he was the vice president and executive director of ProMedica Health System's Vanguard Health Ventures division. His next role was as the senior director of information services for Carolinas Healthcare System/Atrium Health, a company that hired him in 1997. He served also served as vice president of information services and chief information and analytics officer for Carolinas Healthcare System/Atrium Health until 2018.

In 2019, SCL Health hired Mr. Richardville first as their first CDIO, a company that eventually merged with Intermountain Health in 2022, where he also became Intermountain Health's first CDIO. In 3 years, Mr. Richardville's agenda overhauled the technology platforms and moved technology into a strategic advantage with the EMR change to Epic, ERP to Workday, cloud to Microsoft Azure and optimized the platforms driving the company's changes through system's information technology and all its data and digital services. Some of his accomplishments include receiving a 10 Gold Star Epic rating and placing the company in the top 3 percent nationally. He has also helped healthcare organizations transition their legacy technologies to modern ones.

In addition to his career accomplishments, Mr. Richardville is also a fellow of the College of Healthcare Information Management Executive and a fellow of the Health Information Management Systems Society. He is also board chair emeritus for the Carolinas and Colorado InspireCIO.
